Great fit, great support and classic looks.Love this product in a sandal and wedgeI hesitated before ordering these as I was confused by the sizing. I always wear a European 39 or US 8.5 -9. These are sized online as 8 - 8.5 or 9 - 9.5. I ordered the 8 - 8.5 and they are perfect. The box also lists them as a 39.I have problem feet and feel like I'm walking on marbles without a great deal of support underneath me. The soles on these are quite thick and the cork is great. These have a slightly flexible sole which is what I need. If there is too much flex when I walk, I quickly hurt. The leather pieces are soft so there is no rubbing or blistering. There is a surprising amount of adjustment you can do with both straps. I have a slightly wide foot so had to loosen mine up a bit. I have worn many high-end brand shoes and sandals and these are by far the best for me. Love them and my feet are happy.I have looked at Taos sandals for years and have to admit the price held me back. I have many pairs of Birkenstocks but was ready for a different style. These are so cute and comfortable! I wore them for hours right out of the box. I have some foot issues and have bought expensive orthotic shoes in the past that did not live up to my expectations but these were winners. The leather is buttery soft & they appear to be well constructed. I found another Taos style on Amazon on sale and just ordered them. With so many styles I think many more Taos shoes are in my future.I can wear this shoe all day and my feet never hurt. I have 5 pair that’s how much I love them.Expensive? Yes. Worth it? YES!!! You get what you pay for… So much truth in this. My feet hurt all the time. I have struggled and bought so many pairs trying to find something that works I finally found it! Cute comfortable and oh so supportive. On the fence??? BUY THEM!!!
